What can I say !!! They are wonderful. The staff is always friendly and Doc is great with our dogs. He goes out of his way to resolve issues. Especially with our male dog who is allergic to everything. The office and the staff are easily accessible and that we do appreciate. It took us a long time to find a vet like this, now that we found him we're staying put!! Thank you all at Del Mar
The staff is wonderful and very well trained. Dr. Nieves is the best vet I have found in 40 years. They are up to date on training and our fur babies love to go see them. We fill like the staff is part of our family. We would travel much further just to get to Dr. Nieves. Best facility around, you have to go meet them.
I absolutely love this practice- all around! Dr. Nieves was amazing with our pets and very gentle and kind to them (and our family). The staff is kind and the prices are affordable. They are all conscientious of budgets and don't try to sell you anything you do not need. I have been in emergency situations as well where they went above and beyond for us! THE VERY BEST!! I highly recommend them.
Ramon Nieves has taken veterinary practice above & beyond.. to the next level! Dr. Nieves & his staff made the 40-mile drive to St. Augustine on a rainy day so worth it. He made sure that my 11-week old collie puppy Diva's first vet visit was pleasant and something to look forward to, being attentive not only to physical health, but emotional health as well.. something we really appreciate as pet parents. The hospital set-up & design is quite impressive, thanks to his wife, Jessica, who was also similarly welcoming. Ramon has provided the same experience to my now 9-year old collies, Dagwood & Darwin some years back over at Banfield. They definitely lost their best veterinarian!
